Q: Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we've got a 24-hour cancellation policy in place to make sure we're providing top-notch service to all our customers. We get that life can throw curveballs, but if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it can create lost opportunities for other customers. Unfortunately, there's a credit charge for last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. 

Q: Do my credits have an expiration date?

Yes, Unused credits expire 4 weeks after the end of the membership term. For example, if you have a 24-week membership, you have 24 weeks to use your credits, and an additional 4 weeks to use any remaining credits. We recommend planning ahead with your trainer and being responsible for catching up on missed sessions.

Q: Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, Members may request to freeze their membership for a maximum of 3 weeks in case of special occasions such as a long trip or family matters. The freeze request must be made in writing and is subject to approval by the Studio.

Q: What membership should I choose?

Your membership is highly personal and is subject to a number of factors like training goals, agenda, and budget. We advise you to always discuss this matter with your trainer.

Q: How many sessions do I need to see results?

The number of sessions required to see results can vary depending on your individual goals, fitness level, and commitment. Your trainer will work with you to create a personalized plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. In general, we advise to train at least 2x a week for notable results.

Q: Can I train with an injury or medical condition?

We recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new fitness program. If you have an injury or medical condition, please inform your trainer during your intake or before your training session so that we can make an assessment and modify your training program accordingly.

Q: How long do the sessions take?

Our training sessions take 60 minutes. We understand that some of our clients enjoy having a pre-workout coffee or a post-workout shake as part of their routine, so we offer these options as part of our full-service training experience. Our trainers reserve a small portion of the 60 minutes to prepare these drinks for you.
